This paper studies SF6 gas detection technology based on infrared and ultraviolet spectroscopy to solve problems. The content of the characteristic decomposers SO2 and H2S is detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, the content of the decomposers CO and water are detected by tunable laser spectrophotometry, and the purity of SF6 is detected by infrared absorption spectrophotometry. Long-term high-precision detection has ensuree the correct judgment of SF6 equipment status, and realizes modular integration, saving manpower and material resources.
